Meet Evan Pettigrew, born on a very auspicious day - 08/08/08. Here is his "big" brother Jayden holding him for the first time. Jayden is almost 3 years old, and Evan is about 30 hours old in this picture.

So the new 'kid' is a cutie and the hat is a cutie. The older brother looks just like Dad as I recall, but did you notice that this blog is teeming with testosterone. Boys, Men, baby boys, male puppies - when will it end? I am so glad I gave the new desk a female name. And the antique stove - it has got to be called Bertha..To quote a local newspaper reporter - "go on git." I'm outta here. MZ
